- You analyze and process the declaration;
- Your work precise, organized and solution-oriented;
- You detect, analyze and tackle problems;
- You ensure the follow-up and management of the claim in a fast, proactive, correct, customer-friendly and efficient manner;
- You put the customer first and provide a sustainable, reliable service where communication and unburdening the insured play an important role.
Your profile
- Proficient in Dutch with a good command of French and English;
- Holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification;
- Has up to two years of experience managing claims from inception to resolution;
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically;
- Exhibits a customer-focused mindset, ensuring satisfaction and service excellence;
- Capable of making sound decisions in a timely manner;
- Communicates effectively and articulately, both verbally and in writing;
- Works independently, taking initiative and responsibility for tasks;
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently;
- Committed to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of work;
- Able to perform well under pressure and remain resilient in stressful situations.

- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3000
