Description

  • You are the first point of contact for private customers and help them with their daily banking and insurance needs, as well as other financial requirements;
  • You listen actively and ask specific questions to find the best solution together with the customer;
  • You build a relationship of trust with customers, so that they feel understood and supported;
  • You encourage customers to use digital tools and platforms.
  • You refer customers to specialists, such as insurance advisors and financial advisors, if their needs are more complex.
  • You analyze the customer's situation and identify opportunities for additional products or services;
  • You support customers in opening accounts, applying for loans, insurance, and investments;
  • You draw up personalized proposals and clearly explain the terms and conditions to the customer;
  • You work with commercial targets and contribute to the joint result;
  • You actively follow up on leads generated by campaigns, marketing actions, and referrals.
  • You undertake targeted telephone campaigns based on specific lists.
  • You ensure the correct execution of all transactions in accordance with laws and regulations.
  • You work with colleagues to offer customers smooth service;
  • You systematically follow up on files and record all actions in the internal systems;
  • You carry out simple transactions and familiarize yourself with the basic products;
  • You learn under close supervision and develop yourself through observation and practical experience;
  • You report to the team leader or senior.

Your profile

  • Fluent in Dutch; has good French skills and basic to good knowledge of English;
  • Has at least a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business management, or has gained relevant work experience;
  • Is customer service-oriented and adapts to the customer's situation to always find a suitable solution;
  • Communicates clear and understandable information, even when it is complex, and is an active listener;
  • Collaborates with colleagues, shares knowledge, and offers support where necessary;
  • Has the ability to analyze needs and translate them into concrete recommendations;
  • Is results-oriented and plans targeted actions to achieve commercial objectives;
  • Demonstrates digital flexibility and adapts to different technological tools and platforms.
