Description
- You are responsible for performing the essential tasks within your role;
- You divide your work across different areas: financial, relational, operational, and administrative;
- You always work with an eye for service quality and customer satisfaction;
- You take into account and strictly follow internal guidelines and regulations;
- You ensure that all actions are carried out correctly in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including KYC, AML, and GDPR.
Your profile
- Excellent command of internal tools and digital platforms;
- Perfect command of Dutch, good knowledge of French, and basic knowledge of English;
- Master's degree in economics, finance, or a similar field, or equivalent experience;
- Has strong communication skills and can convey information clearly and purposefully;
- Possesses analytical thinking skills and is able to identify both strong and weaker aspects in a credit application;
- Is capable of effective planning and organization and values well-organized cooperation within the team;
- Demonstrates a customer-oriented attitude and seeks solutions that help the customer;
- Is proactive in identifying opportunities and enjoys sharing these insights with the team.
