Description
- You manage and oversee claim files across a variety of sectors including international claims, national claims management, and legal support;
- You will be placed in one of our teams based on your relevant experience or areas of interest;
- You represent the interests of our client or the insured individuals, ensuring customer-focused solutions to facilitate favorable results;
- You engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders such as policyholders, departmental offices, experts, and legal professionals;
- You conduct these interactions in a courteous and customer-centric manner, while ensuring adherence to both internal agreements and commitments made with the client.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Demonstrates a strong desire to learn and possesses high levels of motivation;
- Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in Law, Finance, or Insurance, or has equivalent professional experience;
- Takes initiative and implements necessary measures to successfully complete assigned tasks;
- Understands and can relate to customer concerns, effectively resolving issues as they arise;
- Works swiftly and efficiently to manage workloads;
- Exhibits strong communication skills and is comfortable interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders, including specialists, policyholders, mediators, and legal professionals;
- Has a solid proficiency in both Dutch and French;
- Will be located in the Zaventem office.
