Description

  • You ensure the precision, uniformity, and completeness of all supplier data within procurement systems, such as SAP Ariba;
  • You maintain and frequently update the organization's Third-Party Register;
  • You deliver regular dashboards and risk reports to management, internal committees, and regulatory bodies;
  • You monitor incidents involving third parties and provide necessary reports;
  • You oversee the entire lifecycle of supplier risk evaluations, which includes onboarding, offboarding, classification, monitoring, and periodic reassessment;
  • You ensure that each supplier receives the appropriate risk classification according to internal methodologies;
  • You analyze and improve existing assessment processes in collaboration with the Procurement and Risk teams, challenging inefficiencies as necessary;
  • You guarantee full compliance with all regulatory requirements, including those mandated by SRB, EBA, GDPR, and DORA;
  • You maintain, update, and communicate Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) policies, processes, and procedures;
  • You assist in internal and external audits and contribute to necessary remediation actions;
  • You collaborate with Legal, IT Security, Compliance, Procurement, and operational teams to guarantee a consistent application of TPRM requirements across the organization;
  • You take part in cross-functional projects that involve regulatory changes, process optimization, or enhancements to systems.

Your profile

  • Possesses exceptionally advanced skills in Excel, including complex formulas, data modeling, pivot tables, and automation techniques;
  • Has a robust foundation in data management practices and ensuring data quality;
  • Brings experience with procurement systems, with a particular focus on SAP Ariba being a significant advantage;
  • Possesses familiarity with risk management strategies and supplier evaluation processes as a beneficial asset;
  • Exhibits strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail;
  • Is process-oriented and demonstrates effective organizational skills;
  • Communicates ideas clearly and effectively, fostering open dialogue;
  • Displays a critical mindset, ready to question, enhance, and document operational procedures;
  • Is adept at collaborating across various departments while navigating a regulated work environment.
