Description
- You are the central point of contact for underwriters, claims managers, brokers, and our Global Shared Services teams
- You handle questions and follow up on files when information is missing or when something needs to be corrected
- You support brokers with administrative questions about international programs and co-insurance, usually in the local language
- You help draft and review policies and follow up on questions or comments about them with international teams
- You are knowledgeable about local regulations and help underwriters and claims managers apply processes correctly
- You ensure that internal procedures (One EU) are followed correctly and identify potential improvements
- You collect data and assist with reports or statistics used by management
- You participate in testing when systems are updated and ensure that your work complies with all legal and internal rules.
Your profile
- You have a higher education degree, preferably in economics/insurance
- You are a fluent communicator, both verbally and in writing
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- You can handle deadlines and work accurately
- You build relationships easily and enjoy working with various teams
- You have strong analytical skills
- You speak excellent Dutch and good English
- You work independently, contribute ideas for solutions, and take initiative.
Offer
- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3000
