Description
- You process incoming supplier invoices and contact suppliers if information is missing or incorrect.
- You handle expense reports and prepare payment batches.
- You monitor and perform administrative accounting tasks, such as processing business gifts, estates, and corrections to interest statements.
- You prepare a limited number of outgoing invoices and follow up on them.
- You perform operational back-office tasks related to the securities portfolio, such as processing bond purchases and sales.
- You prepare various tax returns, including VAT, Intrastat, withholding tax, and stock exchange tax.
- You process bank statements on a daily basis.
- You support colleagues during the monthly closing, for example, by preparing fixed asset records.
- You perform internal controls to check for duplicate outgoing payments and internal accounts.
Your profile
- Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in accounting.
- Ideally, has already gained some initial work experience in accounting.
- Is proficient in Excel and has a strong affinity for technology, making the use of digital tools second nature.
- Has a drive to continuously develop yourself. New knowledge, techniques, or technologies? You’re open to everything!
- Can work independently while also being a committed team player who is willing to support colleagues and be flexible.
- Has a hands-on mindset and is willing to take action.
- Possesses sharp analytical skills and a passion for numbers, which makes it easy to connect with others.
