Description
- You analyze customers' financial situations to advise them on suitable home loans.
- You guide customers step by step through the loan application process.
- You prepare clear and transparent quotes so that customers know exactly where they stand.
- You answer customers' questions about their home loans and offer them support if they encounter any problems.
- You closely follow developments in the mortgage market so that your knowledge is always up to date.
- You ensure that all administrative processes relating to files are handled correctly and in a timely manner.
- You work with other teams, such as risk management, to ensure optimal service.
- You contribute to the development of the product range and the improvement of processes within the organization.
Your profile
- You have at least a bachelor's degree and relevant experience as a mortgage specialist.
- You are interested in the banking world, and taxation does not scare you.
- You are communicative and have strong commercial skills.
- You enjoy challenges, like to push your boundaries, and are results-oriented.
- You are sociable and enjoy working in a team.
- You are creative and flexible.
- You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch.
