  • You coordinate multidisciplinary project teams (both IT and business), organize meetings, and monitor progress.
  • You participate in external working groups for knowledge sharing and sector coordination.
  • You support the testing phase: you perform tests, validate functionalities, and provide feedback to IT.
  • You supervise implementations, provide training, and prepare documentation for colleagues.
  • You manage the planning and follow-up of change requests and projects, with an eye for priorities and deadlines within the business unit.

  • You have a bachelor's degree—preferably IT-related, but other degrees are welcome.
  • You think analytically, make connections easily, and translate complex challenges into feasible solutions.
  • You communicate clearly, switch gears quickly, remain calm under pressure, and stay focused on results.

  • Experience with mainframe environments and the creation of quick wins (via VBA or similar tools).
  • Knowledge of Lean, process improvement, and analysis methodologies is a plus.
