Description

  • Your role will involve assisting the Banking & Finance practice by handling a wide range of administrative and organisational duties, as well as providing dedicated support to the Head of Knowledge. This includes managing incoming calls, coordinating schedules, and maintaining contact information.
  • You will take responsibility for preparing and updating legal and administrative documents, ensuring accurate formatting, revisions, and proper organisation of files, emails, and various supporting materials.
  • You will oversee all steps related to opening and maintaining client matters: gathering KYC documentation, liaising with clients, drafting onboarding and engagement communications, and supporting the billing process.
  • You will also conduct RCS queries whenever required.
  • You will coordinate logistical aspects for the team, such as planning meetings, arranging room bookings, and preparing travel itineraries.
  • You will ensure the follow-up of internal processes, including monitoring time entries and expense reports, and act as the main administrative point of contact for the unit.

Your profile

  • You bring a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar administrative or legal support function, ideally gained within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • You can express yourself confidently in English, French, and German, both in writing and orally.
  • You demonstrate strong interpersonal and drafting abilities, and you collaborate easily with colleagues across the team.
  • You are comfortable using digital tools and master the main Microsoft Office applications.
  • You work in an organised, proactive manner and are able to take initiative when needed.

Offer
