Description
- You closely follow up on and process requests from the police and CFI;
- You are responsible for handling bank investigations;
- You manage criminal and administrative seizures;
- You monitor dormant accounts;
- You manage the bank transfer service;
- You take care of the administrative follow-up of customer packages;
- You process duplicate data and make adjustments to the system;
- You deliver copies of documents and certificates to those involved;
- You update the MIS daily based on the activities performed;
- You work closely with other departments and communicate clearly with your manager;
- You participate in test phases for releases, including testing and non-regression;
- You perform backup tasks to replace absent staff.
Your profile
- Has a master's or bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or administration;
- Is fluent in French, Dutch, and English, both verbally and in writing;
- Has extensive knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and macros, which is considered an important added value;
- Has insight into the legal framework and procedures surrounding seizures and judicial/police requests, which is a plus;
- Preferably has gained initial experience in a banking environment;
- Experience with the administrative handling of regulated files is an advantage;
- Motivated starters with the ambition to learn are also welcome;
- Is able to work accurately, carefully, and independently;
- Has a customer- and results-oriented attitude with a constant focus on quality;
- Has organizational skills and can set priorities in a demanding environment;
- Is a team player and can communicate well with other departments;
