Description
- Coaching, supporting, and evaluating your team on a daily basis;
- Monitoring and analyzing SLAs (availability and customer satisfaction) and ensuring they are met;
- Performing quality checks and initiating improvements where necessary;
- Drawing up schedules and managing them carefully;
- Providing assistance with complex customer queries;
- Following up on audit recommendations and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations;
- Organizing team meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one feedback discussions;
- Identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes;
- Reporting to the Operations Manager.
Your profile
- Has experience in a managerial role;
- Is fluent in both Dutch and French and has excellent communication skills;
- Strives for a strong team spirit and works closely with other supervisors;
- Knows how to act decisively, while being empathetic;
- Is willing to take action and make decisions;
- Is proactive and solution-oriented: recognizes potential problems and offers solutions;
- Has at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
