Description

  • You maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners and customers;
  • You actively seek out new partnerships and commercial opportunities;
  • You present and promote products and services in the field of mortgage loans;
  • You negotiate contractual terms and commercial agreements;
  • You act as the first point of contact for our customers and coordinate internally with operations, IT, risk, legal, and reporting;
  • You clearly explain procedures, SLAs, and reports to customers;
  • You closely monitor performance and service quality (KPIs, reports);
  • You contribute to the optimization of processes and the customer experience;
  • You report to the commercial director.

Your profile

  • Has demonstrable experience as an Account Manager within a financial B2B environment, preferably in the mortgage lending or banking sector;
  • Is fluent in both Dutch and French and has strong communication skills;
  • Has at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field;
  • Has a commercial mindset and knows how to build long-term customer relationships in a natural way;
  • Is a true team player and works closely with teammates to achieve common goals;
  • Works in a structured, analytical, and quality-conscious manner;
  • Is flexible and keeps a cool head in a dynamic work environment.
