Description
- You ensure control of financial processes and monitor financial risk;
- You ensure the team operates efficiently by effectively managing schedules, resources, and priorities;
- You promote smooth communication between different departments;
- You are the point of contact for customers and discuss opportunities for improvement and collaboration;
- You guarantee the timely and accurate delivery of accounting data and reports, both according to BGAAP and IFRS, to external customers.
Your profile
- Has at least 10 years of work experience in the banking sector, with a proven track record in a managerial role;
- Has a solid background in accounting and finance in a broad sense;
- Is proficient in functional analysis and can bridge the gap between IT and financial processes;
- Has a very good knowledge of French and a good knowledge of English, as well as a good knowledge of Dutch;
- Is familiar with MS Office, and knowledge of SQL is an additional advantage;
- Acts as an inspiring coach for the team and has a hands-on mentality, with the ability to provide quick and practical solutions.
