Description
- You make a difference when clients are faced with serious accidents or complex claims.
- You lead a team of specialized professionals focused on the most sensitive and challenging cases, including civil liability and claims arising from legislation protecting vulnerable road users, particularly those involving serious physical injury or even death.
- Drawing on your in-depth legal expertise, you will lead a team of Dutch-speaking specialists and ensure that their work is coordinated, delivered with the highest possible quality and empathy.
- You will serve as the point of contact for complex cases and make the final decisions in these matters.
- You will ensure that complex cases are handled with care, empathy, and efficiency.
- You will foster strong team dynamics and carefully monitor results, with an eye toward both the performance and well-being of team members.
- You support employees in their development, both in the short and long term.
- You remain engaged and actively involve team members, both in formal settings such as team meetings and coaching sessions and in informal moments.
- You are committed to optimizing processes and continuous improvement, in collaboration with other team leaders.
Your profile
You are:- A specialist in personal injury and liability: you have extensive knowledge of legislation, legal doctrines, case law, and contracts.
- You have experience managing complex cases involving serious personal injury.
- A coach, mentor, and motivator who engages and encourages team members in their development.
- An excellent communicator, negotiator, and decision-maker.
- You know how to combine empathy with a results-oriented approach and organizational skills.
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a legal discipline.
- You have at least a basic knowledge of French.
