Description
- Support Coupa solution users in close collaboration with various stakeholders in the Purchasing department (buyers, administrative team, management, controllers) as well as internal customers (requesters, validators, management) in other departments, not to mention cooperation with ICT teams;
- Ensure communication between different departments regarding the follow-up of integration-related requests, working closely with ICT colleagues responsible for SAP MM configuration;
- Ensure that data in Coupa is updated and maintained, guaranteeing consistency with SAP;
- Prepare regular and specific reports for the Purchasing department (Excel, PowerBI) and other stakeholders (e.g., ESG).
- Assist the SAP MM community, alongside an experienced team member, by answering their questions and escalating issues to the ICT teams if necessary.
- Implement and execute a new Purchasing control framework (anti-fraud, internal procedures, purchasing policies, etc.) in collaboration with internal audit;
- Participate in updating digital Purchasing manuals, as well as related procedures and documentation.
Your profile
- Native proficiency in Dutch or French, accompanied by a good understanding of the other national language, as well as perfect fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, establishing effective relationships with all stakeholders;
- Works independently, adhering to established schedules to achieve objectives within the set deadlines;
- Is proactive, with the ability to propose innovative ideas and solutions that add value;
- Develops a critical mindset and does not hesitate to question current situations to promote continuous improvement;
- Has in-depth knowledge of SAP MM in an SAP S/4HANA environment, familiarity with Coupa and SAP ECC being an advantage;
- Demonstrates a genuine desire to deepen their skills in Coupa spend management solutions;
- Has the ability to critically analyze existing processes and conceptualize potential improvements;
- Has strong Excel skills and proficiency in using Coupa Analytics;
- Has strong writing skills, which is considered an asset.
