• You closely monitor the legislation applicable to your areas of expertise, while anticipating and influencing necessary or desired changes;
• You provide relevant and practical legal advice to internal departments, ensuring compliance with the company's legislation and procedures;
• As a corporate lawyer, you actively participate in the implementation of various projects, particularly when launching new insurance products or making strategic decisions.
• You offer your expertise in drafting contracts and legal documents of all kinds within the scope of your responsibilities.
• In the event of changes in legislation, developments in industry regulations, or the emergence of new case law, you will oversee the adaptation of procedures, standards, products, contracts, and related structures.
• You will manage disputes relating to the areas entrusted to you.
• You will represent the organization in both internal and external working groups.

Your profile

• Holds a Master's degree in law, demonstrating his academic expertise;
• Bilingual in Dutch and French, facilitating communication with various clients, both verbally and in writing, strengthening his ability to interact in an international environment;
• Has at least 5 years of solid professional experience in the supplementary pension sector, both at the bar and in business;
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of insurance law, facilitating their work;
• Shows proven legal reasoning skills, with an analytical, strategic, and effective approach to analysis;
• Demonstrates critical thinking and the ability to analyze complex situations with discernment;
• Knows how to find appropriate, innovative, and pragmatic legal solutions to the challenges encountered;
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both oral and written, enabling smooth interaction with various interlocutors;
• Adopts a flexible and pragmatic mindset, easily adjusting to the changing needs of their environment;
• Has a customer-focused approach, seeking to better understand and respond to customer expectations;
• Values teamwork and actively contributes to group cohesion;
• Manages stress effectively, maintaining performance under pressure;
• Is proficient in various computer tools, increasing efficiency and adaptability within the team.
