  • You greet and warmly welcome visitors, creating a professional atmosphere;
  • You handle incoming phone calls, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate personnel;
  • You prepare meeting spaces and catering, arranging seating according to specific requirements, and setting up audio-visual equipment;
  • You assist with basic administrative tasks, such as printing and scanning documents;
  • You manage the reception of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services;
  • You provide support for digital signage and assist in replenishing basic office supplies;
  • You coordinate cleaning services and address various day-to-day facility needs;
  • You help organize internal events, contributing to their successful execution;
  • You maintain visitor logs and adhere to office security protocols, ensuring a safe environment.

Your profile

  • Holds previous experience in receptionist or administrative capacities;
  • Demonstrates excellent communication abilities in English, French, and Dutch;
  • Exhibits a polished and professional demeanor, along with strong interpersonal skills;
