Description
- You will be in charge of monitoring investment guideline compliance and conducting various risk evaluations, including checks carried out both before and after NAV calculation.
- You will also review NAV calculations, subscription and redemption activity, as well as income distributions for a range of traditional and alternative fund structures.
- Depending on operational needs, you may be asked to assist with additional duties within the Depositary team.
Your profile
- A university degree or a comparable level of education combined with relevant professional experience.
- A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in areas such as Depositary services, fund administration, or external audit.
- A strong understanding of the regulatory landscape governing investment funds, particularly frameworks like AIFMD and UCITS V.
- Familiarity with how Management Companies (ManCos/AIFMs) operate, as well as the responsibilities of their service providers.
- Previous involvement with UCITS or Alternative investment structures is considered a plus.
- Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent analytical abilities paired with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage deadlines effectively.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to interact smoothly with different stakeholders.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
- A motivated, autonomous, and solution-driven mindset.
