Description
You are responsible for:- Expanding the network of mortgage advisors to promote sales;
- Setting up, attracting, and maintaining new distribution channels;
- Determining the sales strategy and annual targets in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Director;
- Evaluating the performance of the network of mortgage advisors;
- Keeping track of developments in the credit market with regard to available products and services;
- Advising fellow brokers and their clients on credit options and guiding them through the process of submitting their first application;
- Acquiring new clients;
- Negotiating terms and prices with clients;
- Contributing to the growth of the client base;
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions;
- Ensuring accurate administrative processing of sales files.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent through experience required;
- Fluent in both Dutch and French, both written and spoken;
- Team player who can also make decisions independently;
- Problem-solving and proactive attitude;
- Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility;
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues and brokers.
Offer
- Monthly salary indication: € 3001 - € 4500
