Description

• During your first few months, you’ll immerse yourself in the world of insurance alongside a close-knit group of fellow new hires. You’ll take theoretical training courses and receive hands-on guidance.
• Once you’re fully up and running, you’ll assist our clients with all their insurance needs. With your empathy and business acumen, you’ll engage in the necessary conversations and propose suitable (insurance) solutions.
• As a team player, you share the drive to achieve the office’s goals together with your colleagues, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• You will continuously invest in your own development to grow into a “super advisor,” and you can count on guidance from your Field Manager.

Your profile

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• You’re a good communicator and, above all, a good listener.
• People often tell you that you’re empathetic (and not just your mom).
• Experience in the insurance sector or with customer service is a plus.
• A degree in legal practice, law, real estate, finance, or insurance is also a plus.
• You speak Dutch and French fluently.
