Description

  • You coordinate the complete recruitment cycle for designated positions, which includes posting job openings, evaluating candidates, conducting interviews, and providing guidance to hiring managers throughout the selection process;
  • You oversee the scheduling of interviews, maintain communication with candidates, and facilitate the offer process;
  • You take charge of the onboarding process, including the preparation of materials, setting up systems, conducting orientation sessions, and performing check-ins with new hires;
  • You handle offboarding tasks such as completing exit documentation, ensuring the removal of system access, and managing employee transitions;
  • You keep employee files up-to-date and process all notifications related to employee changes (such as promotions, transfers, and terminations);
  • You ensure the accuracy of data across HR systems while adhering to data protection regulations;
  • You administer the mid-year and year-end performance review processes;
  • You manage the tracking of vacation days and timesheets;
  • You assist with updating the employee handbook and HR policies;
  • You maintain internal organizational records related to HR;
  • You support compensation analysis by collecting market data and preparing summaries for review;
  • You collaborate with a contractor to manage changes and updates to international payroll;
  • You prepare weekly HR reports that cover organizational changes, promotions, transfers, terminations, and talent updates;
  • You record expenses and invoices, and assist with monitoring the HR budget;
  • You coordinate the Employee Engagement Survey and contribute to planning follow-up actions based on the results;
  • You assist in local initiatives focused on engagement and enhancing workplace culture.

Your profile

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with a preference for relevant academic backgrounds;
  • Possesses 2 to 4 years of experience in human resources, specifically in a generalist capacity or within HR operations;
  • Has a comprehensive understanding of Belgian labor legislation, which is essential for the role;
  • Is familiar with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), with experience using ADP considered advantageous;
  • Exhibits a high level of discretion and integrity when managing sensitive information;
  • Can serve as a trusted advisor, fostering robust relationships throughout the organization;
  • Demonstrates strong project management capabilities and exceptional organizational skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects accurately and within deadlines;
  • Possesses excellent communication skills and adept problem-solving abilities;
  • Is fluent in English, with proficiency in French and Dutch being an added benefit.
