Description
- In the first few months, you will immerse yourself in the world of insurance, together with a close-knit group of fellow newcomers. You will follow theoretical training courses and receive practical guidance.
- Once you are fully up and running, you will assist our customers with all their insurance needs. With your empathy and commercial attitude, you will engage in the necessary discussions and propose appropriate (insurance) solutions.
- As a team player, you share the drive to achieve the office's objectives together with your colleagues, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- You will continue to invest in your own development to become a 'super advisor', and you can count on guidance from your Field Manager.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree;
- You are a good communicator and, above all, a good listener;
- People often tell you that you are empathetic (and not just your mom);
- You have an added advantage through experience in the insurance sector or with customer contact;
- A degree in legal practice, law, real estate, finance, or insurance is also a plus;
- You are fluent in Dutch and French.
