Description
- You have the drive to actively expand the office's client portfolio together with your team of client advisors.
- Ensuring client satisfaction is your top priority; satisfying clients is a matter of course for you and your team.
- You work together with your colleagues to provide high-quality advice and make the most of commercial opportunities.
- You inspire and motivate your colleagues by investing intensively in customer contacts with a strong focus on customer orientation.
- You will have the opportunity to be the representative of the organization in your region and will do everything you can to further strengthen the organization's reputation.
- You are responsible for managing and advising customers; you coach and encourage your team to achieve both qualitative and quantitative objectives, without losing sight of profitability and risk management.
- You will achieve this by providing regular feedback and organizing team meetings to promote both individual development and team growth.
- In addition, you will maintain regular contact with your Cluster Manager, who is your partner in implementing new ideas and optimizing the office's daily operations and commercial results.

- Has some experience in a financial environment;
- Has knowledge of the insurance sector.
