Description
- You develop the local brand strategy and translate it into concrete actions;
- You create and coordinate creative 360° campaigns for online, offline, and in-store platforms;
- You conduct market research, analyze competitors, and follow trends to gain valuable strategic insights;
- You translate these insights into impactful campaigns;
- You monitor and evaluate campaigns and marketing initiatives and make suggestions for improvements;
- You develop social content, point-of-sale material, email campaigns, and storytelling formats;
- You coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales) and external partners (such as design agencies, media, and printing companies);
- You build partnerships to increase brand visibility;
- You manage product launches;
- You draw up marketing budgets and monitor them closely.
Your profile
- Has a master's degree, preferably in marketing, (business) economics, communication, or a similar field;
- Has excellent command of Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a nice bonus;
- Is proficient in digital tools such as Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint;
- Possesses strong analytical skills: able to interpret data and translate it into concrete actions;
- Has creative thinking and a good sense of visual communication and brand identity;
- Enjoys working in a team, with a proactive and practical attitude, while independence is not a problem;
- Has a great passion for food, FMCG, or branding.
