Description
- You’ll make substantive contributions to projects involving small and medium-sized businesses.
- You’ll strengthen internal capacity so that your colleagues can better focus on growth and building commercial relationships.
- You will actively contribute ideas regarding recruitment, onboarding, and the professional development of the team.
- You will report directly to the COO until the transition to the regional structure is complete.
- You will oversee day-to-day operations within the office, with a strong focus on people management and providing substantive guidance to client companies.
- You will play an essential role in the transition to a region-based structure and indirectly contribute to the organization’s commercial effectiveness.
- You will mentor and guide employees to inspire them and help them reach their full potential.
- You will implement and oversee standardized processes and projects.
Your profile
- Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree; a degree in management or insurance is a plus.
- Has extensive knowledge of insurance management (Non-life | BOAR), preferably in a B2B environment.
- Communicates fluently in Dutch; knowledge of French and/or English is a plus, but not required.
- Brings maturity, structure, and diplomacy to challenging situations.
- Has experience leading teams and fostering team development.
- Has an affinity for optimizing processes and using digital tools.
- Is resilient and navigates complex environments effortlessly without losing focus.
