Description
Your responsibilities:- You will monitor and handle files relating to non-life insurance, such as car, fire, civil liability, and accident insurance, including the associated administrative tasks.
- You will draw up policy conditions and calculate premiums/quotes.
- You create contracts and add any appendices (addenda);
- You ensure that all administrative tasks are performed correctly and on time;
- You keep the database up to date and ensure that the assigned files are always complete and accurate;
- You are the first point of contact for customers within contract management and answer their questions while providing them with advice;
- You work closely with consultants who visit customers, as well as with insurance companies;
- You adhere to procedures relating to internal control, privacy, and compliance;
- You advise existing customers on additional insurance policies, with a focus on cross-selling.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- has completed a bachelor's degree in insurance or has comparable experience.
- has an excellent command of Dutch and a good command of French; preferably you are bilingual.
- is in possession of the PCP certificate.
- can demonstrate relevant work experience in production management within the insurance sector.
- has in-depth knowledge of non-life insurance.
