Description
- You manage a diverse portfolio of claims and follow them closely, from the initial report to completion.
- At the start of each claim file, you collect all essential information about the coverage, liability, and circumstances of the claim.
- You perform a careful analysis and correctly apply the applicable guidelines and agreements.
- You actively negotiate the claim, while continuously safeguarding the interests of the customer.
- You will keep the insured party informed of the progress of the file and calculate the damage, after which you will also pass this information on to the customer.
- You will proactively organize and maintain telephone and written communication with all parties involved, such as insured parties, brokers, agents, and insurers.
Your profile

- Knowledge and experience with the Brio management package is a must.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language; you can also get by in French and English.
