Description
- You document changes in the files with the utmost accuracy;
- You check that premiums are paid on time and ensure that everything runs smoothly;
- You are the point of contact and confidant for our clients;
- You analyze tax returns correctly and offer appropriate solutions that meet the client's wishes;
- You take proactive initiatives and make decisions to ensure fast, accurate, and efficient handling of files;
- You carefully perform all administrative tasks to ensure the continuity of customer service, such as collectively managing files and standardizing information.
- You are occasionally present at our agency.
- You ensure professional and reliable communication with customers and provide support in submitting their applications.
Your profile
- Has a perfect command of Dutch or is fluent in both Dutch and French;
- Works meticulously and has a constructive attitude;
- Has a passion for direct interaction with customers;
- Has strong communication skills: can express themselves clearly and comprehensibly in both spoken and written forms;
- Can empathize well with the needs and expectations of clients;
- Is solution-oriented and has a healthy dose of common sense;
- Is comfortable working independently and can make decisions quickly and effectively;
- Can handle stressful situations well;
- Is willing to learn continuously and is open to innovation;
- Is a true team player: when necessary, you prioritize teamwork over your own tasks and adapt to ensure customer service.
