Description
- You guide customers in choosing the right insurance product, both in the office and over the phone.
- You ensure that your point of sale has a professional appearance and is well organized.
- You actively contribute to the growth of the insurance portfolio.
- You handle customer files from start to finish: drawing up contracts, adjusting coverages, recalculating premiums, and following up on payments.
- You think along with the customer, offer tailor-made solutions, and carefully process everything in their file.
- You work closely with your Team Leader and colleagues to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's degree in insurance and/or relevant experience; knowledge of production management is a plus;
- You have a strong commercial drive and know how to build a customer base, gain trust, and provide long-term support to customers;
- You work independently, take initiative, and dare to act assertively when necessary;
- You remain calm under pressure and can handle peak moments well;
- You are open to new knowledge, change, and continuous development within your role;
- You enjoy working with colleagues and step in where necessary to ensure strong customer service;
