Description
- You are responsible for promoting our client's entire product range, with the aim of increasing the number of contracts concluded and expanding the insurance portfolio for each client;
- You work independently at your point of sale and ensure that it is well presented and functions efficiently, in accordance with the set objectives;
- You report directly to your Team Leader;
- With your extensive knowledge of the product range and your strong communication and sales skills, you know how to convince customers by phone to choose our client;
- You issue contracts (new or replacement) in accordance with the established registration rules and within the deadlines;
- You adjust the guarantees based on the wishes of the customers;
- You draw up the appendices and/or attachments;
- You review and recalculate the premium amounts;
- You register all changes relating to the customer;
- You supervise the collection of premiums;
- You ensure that customer questions are interpreted correctly and make tailor-made proposals to meet the customer's needs;
- You proactively make decisions in real time to ensure the correct, fast, and efficient processing of files;
- You accurately perform the necessary administrative tasks and guarantee the continuity of customer service, including the collective management of files and the standardized registration of information.
Your profile
- Fluent in both Dutch and French;
- Possesses strong commercial drive and can effectively build a customer portfolio, establishing trust for lasting relationships. Direct contact with customers is a true passion for you;
- Has good communication skills and can express themselves clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing;
- Works autonomously and assertively, with a strong motivation to work in a dynamic environment, similar to a store.
- Is stress-resistant and can handle busy situations well;
- Is willing to learn continuously and is open to innovation and change;
- Functions excellently within a team and can temporarily set aside his/her own tasks to ensure customer service;
- Demonstrates maturity and pragmatism and has the necessary qualities for this role.
