Description
- You are responsible for managing and further developing an insurance portfolio of private clients and interested parties in your assigned sector;
- You offer professional advice and share your expertise in the insurance industry, always focusing on the specific needs of the customer in order to increase customer satisfaction;
- You actively approach customers and contribute to the expansion of a valuable network;
- You guide customers through all their insurance projects and ensure that they are well informed;
- You handle customer inquiries and proactively analyze the existing insurance portfolio in order to expand and optimize it.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as an insurance specialist;
- You are a good communicator and have strong commercial instincts;
- You do not shy away from challenges, enjoy contributing ideas for improvements, and work in a goal-oriented manner to achieve results.
- You are sociable, exude confidence, and function excellently within a team.
- You are creative in your approach and can adapt flexibly to different situations.
