Description
- You will start with thorough training: theory and practical cases will convince you that insurance is not a dry subject! Fire, flooding, damage to third parties—these are all risks that we, as a true partner, enthusiastically advise our customers about!
- In addition to this technical training, you can count on a Sales Coach and Team Coach who are ready to provide you with maximum support in the world of our customers. The development of your soft skills is central to this. - Please note that, based on our omnichannel model, we try to reach customers in this role by telephone, social media, chat, email, WhatsApp, etc.
- Quality, humanity, and proactivity are key words in our service. In the meantime, you have found your way around our operating systems and are able to analyze our customers' needs in order to propose appropriate (insurance) solutions. Together with your colleagues, you strive for maximum commercial growth!
- Depending on your interests, skills, and background, you can grow in many directions!
Your profile
You enjoy advising and persuading customers, learning about the insurance products our customer offers, and developing yourself. In addition, you already possess certain skills that you want to develop further, such as interpersonal skills, a results-oriented approach, and solution-oriented thinking.Some other requirements are:
- You have at least a bachelor's or master's degree (no specific field of study required!).
- You have a maximum of 2 years of experience.
- You can work independently but are also a team player who will be part of a dynamic team.
- You have good people skills and are flexible.
- Frequent customer contact (telephone, chat, video) does not deter you.
- You are looking for a challenging, results-oriented, and customer-focused position where variety does not deter you.
- You speak Dutch very well and have a basic level of English (French is a bonus but certainly not a must).
