Description
- You manage a portfolio of existing clients with diligence and professionalism;
- You welcome and meet with clients to inform them and offer personalized solutions tailored to their financial needs through our partners;
- You take proactive steps to attract new clients;
- You participate in recommended sales initiatives, events, and networking activities;
- You are actively involved in local networks to promote the company’s positive image in the business community;
- You follow each case through to its conclusion, ensuring high-quality service;
- You carry out cross-selling and up-selling activities with other departments and in collaboration with your colleagues;
- You manage client databases and prepare reports for management;
- You stay informed of changes in tax and financial legislation to ensure your expertise remains up to date.
Your profile
- Holds the necessary certifications to provide financial advice to clients;
- Has at least three years of experience in sales or financial consulting, preferably gained at a banking institution or a major financial firm;
- Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, law, or business;
- Demonstrates strong listening skills and empathy toward clients;
- Demonstrates a high degree of autonomy, initiative, organizational skills, and a methodical approach to work;
- Possesses strong negotiation skills;
- Is primarily focused on client satisfaction;
- Is motivated by achieving goals and results.
