Description
- You manage a portfolio of existing clients with diligence and professionalism;
- You welcome and meet with clients to inform them and offer them personalized solutions tailored to their financial needs through our partners;
- You take proactive steps to attract new clients;
- You participate in recommended sales initiatives, events, and networking activities;
- You are actively involved in local networks to promote the company's positive image in the marketplace;
- You will follow each file through to its conclusion, ensuring a high-quality service.
- You will carry out cross-selling and up-selling activities to other departments and in collaboration with your colleagues.
- You will manage customer databases and prepare reports for management.
- You will keep up to date with developments in tax and financial legislation to ensure your expertise remains current.
Your profile
- Possesses the necessary certifications to offer financial advice to clients;
- Has at least three years of experience in sales and financial consulting, preferably acquired within a banking institution or large financial entity;
- Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, law, or business;
- Demonstrates strong listening skills and empathy towards clients;
- Demonstrates a high degree of autonomy, initiative, organizational skills, and methodical approach to work;
- Possesses strong negotiation skills;
- Is primarily focused on customer satisfaction;
- Is motivated by achieving goals and results.
