Description

  • You analyze various information sources related to events initiated by publicly traded companies that impact their shareholders. Examples include name changes, capital increases, and dividend payments;
  • You set up corporate events in internal systems and prepare clear communications for clients regarding their options;
  • You gather client instructions and ensure accurate execution of their choices, including proper tax treatment and reconciliation processes;
  • You manage multiple ongoing corporate actions throughout their duration, which may span days or weeks, maintaining oversight from start to finish;
  • You enjoy a significant level of autonomy in your role while adhering to a structured workflow management system to facilitate seamless transitions for team members in your absence;
  • You begin with simpler corporate actions and progress to more intricate events, gaining expertise through practical on-the-job training;
  • You swiftly transition between different corporate actions and navigate both internal and external IT tools with ease;
  • You remain aware that timing is critical, as transaction volumes can be unpredictable, and you handle substantial financial amounts. Your ability to cope with stress and meet deadlines is essential to success in this role.

Your profile

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in economics or accounting;
  • Possesses a solid understanding of financial markets and instruments including stocks, bonds, and funds;
  • Exhibit at least a proficient passive command of English and either Dutch or French;
  • Demonstrates genuine interest in the dynamics of financial securities.
