Description
- Strategic Communication & Reputation Management:
- Develop and execute the communication and reputation ensuring coherence across all entities, markets and channels;
- Translate the brand strategy into clear, credible and accessible narratives for internal and external audiences;
- Ensure all communication reinforces Group’s positioning as a strong international player with national expertise that delivers concrete impact across borders.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Coordinate messaging and key communication moments with major stakeholders;
- Support executive leaders with speaking points, briefs and narrative alignment, ensuring clarity, consistency and reputational integrity;
- Serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams, ensuring the brand roll-out is well understood and consistently reflected in projects, announcements and daily interactions.
- Project Leadership & Coordination:
- Manage the end-to-end roll-out of the brand identity in close partnership with relevant departments.
- Collaborate closely with change-management teams to embed the brand internally and strengthen employee engagement;
- Act as a point of contact, providing clear guidance, ensuring efficiency, and safeguarding the brand’s strategic direction.
- Content Creation & Quality Control:
- Draft high-quality content, including social media materials, executive messages, and campaign assets;
- Ensure all content reflects Group’s tone of voice: clear, accessible, humble, and trustworthy;
- Monitor sentiment and feedback, adapting communication tactics where necessary.
Your profile
- 5–7 years of experience in strategic communication, public relations (corporate events is a plus);
- Very good knowledge of Dutch and/or French + knowledge of 2nd language + thorough knowledge of English;
- Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate with clarity, nuance and credibility;
- Strong judgement and risk-awareness, able to anticipate sensitivities and advise with confidence;
- Structured project management skills with strong attention to detail and consistency;
- Calm, mature and reliable — able to inspire confidence during times of change;
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable operating in a multi-entity and international environment;
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility and integrity;
