Description

  • You receive, record and follow up requests from internal users (maintenance, technical interventions, general services, etc.);
  • You ensure clear, professional communication with requesters;
  • You use Facility Management tools to encode and track tickets;
  • You actively contribute to continuous service improvement.

Your profile

  • You have at least two years' experience in a similar role;
  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French. Knowledge of English is an asset;
  • You have already worked in a contact center or customer-oriented environment;
  • You have a good knowledge of facility management;
  • You are comfortable with technical building management tools (knowledge of Archibus is a plus).
