Description
- You manage estate files from A to Z and take full responsibility for processing and follow-up
- Each file is unique and requires its own approach. With your expertise you work out targeted solutions independently
- You ensure the necessary communication about the files and solutions to the client, the office, contact center, etc. This communication is often in writing
- You think actively about optimizing work processes and convert your improvement proposals into concrete actions.
- You participate in various projects, both within your own department and outside, with the aim of improving or adapting the processes. All this with a view to an improved customer experience, reduction of risk exposure and more efficient processing.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Has a passion for the position and feels drawn to the role, with the right mindset and background knowledge
- Is not daunted by large amounts of data, but knows how to get to the heart of the matter and maintains a holistic overview without getting caught up in details
- Always places the client at the center of attention and devises appropriate solutions from their perspective
- Can switch easily between different cases, regardless of workload, and remains calm under stress
- Keeps agreements made and respects set deadlines
- Organizes and plans his/her work in an independent and proactive manner, carefully following up on files
- Has a bachelor or master degree; the field of study is less relevant, provided the right motivation and interest are present
- Has at least 3 years of relevant experience in a position where responsibility for files or projects rests with him/her. Knowledge of estates is a valuable asset
- Masters both Dutch and French, both oral and written, without any difficulty.
