Description
- Lead a team of six analysts within the first line of defense;
- Oversee KYC/AML processes: onboarding, alerts, remediation;
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards;
- Collaborate with Compliance and IT to optimize workflows;
- Train and coach junior staff and internal colleagues;
- Assign and prioritize cases based on risk and deadlines;
- Validate high-risk files before submission to second line;
- Supervise alert processing and escalation quality;
- Drive KYC remediation and monitor completion rates;
- Prepare weekly reports and support audits.
