Description
- Support the KYC/AML/RCT team with onboarding and KYC remediation tasks;
- Review documentation for Medium- and High-Risk merchants;
- Prepare validation files and collect missing documents;
- Record and investigate alerts; draft reports for Compliance
- Escalate suspicious cases with structured recommendations;
- Recertify client files and update risk classifications;
- Identify and complete incomplete dossiers;
- Contribute to reporting and suggest process improvements.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience;
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English; knowledge of a local language is a plus;
- 1–2 years of KYC/AML experience, ideally in financial services, fintech, or consulting;
- Solid understanding of AML/CFT regulations (Belgian Law 18/09/2017, EU Directives 5 & 6);
- Skilled with screening tools (e.g., Dow Jones) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce);
- Ability to analyze legal documents and UBO proofs;
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to spot discrepancies;
- Autonomous, adaptable, and process-driven;
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills;
- Professional English for documentation and reporting.
