Description
- You are passionate about working with customers to find solutions in the areas of everyday banking, savings, investment, loans and insurance
- You proudly represent our services and use the digital approach as standard
- You will maintain as much proactive contact with customers as possible, both remotely and in person
- You will strive to contribute to the commercial and broader objectives of your branch, region and the bank as a whole.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Has strong commercial intuition and exudes positivity
- Is focused on customer satisfaction and has excellent social skills
- Has a passion for innovative and digital solutions and takes a proactive attitude, seeks win-win situations with a focus on long-term relationships
- See outbound phone calls as an opportunity and takes it for granted
- Can function independently, finds satisfaction in collaboration and personal growth, and is open to change
- Is both results-oriented and team-oriented in his or her work
- Possesses a bachelor's or master's degree
- Preferably has a degree in an economic or financial field. Possession of a Willems Law and/or Cauwenberghs Law certificate is a valuable addition.
