Description
- Full administrative management of vehicle homologation files
- Analysis and verification of technical vehicle data (new and older models)
- Coordination and communication with Belgian authorities (DIV, SPW, FEBIAC, police authorities)
- Accurate follow-up of homologation procedures and compliance with current regulations
- Collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth and correct file processing
- Contribution to achieving departmental financial targets and SLA objectives
- Direct contact with clients (by phone, email and front desk)
Your profile
- Administrative or technical education, preferably linked to the automotive sector
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Experience with accounting and/or SAP is a strong asset
- Solid and stable administrative experience can also be sufficient
- Strong interest or passion for the automotive industry
- Good command of MS Word, Excel and IT tools
- Highly accurate, well-organized and structured
- Patient, diplomatic and people-oriented
- Stress-resistant and customer-focused
- Fluency in French and Dutch required (Dutch minimum B2, confident on the phone), English is a plus
