- Performing in-depth business analysis to identify, understand, analyze and critically evaluate the needs of the organization.
- Organizing workshops with various stakeholders to identify these needs.
- Converting the identified business needs into IT requirements and validating user stories and functional designs.
- Coordinating testing, performing test analysis and solution testing.
- Facilitating change by informing teams and supporting them in implementing new solutions.
- Ensuring continuity within service management in collaboration with colleagues, and following up on routine assignments.
Your profile
- Possesses a bachelor's degree or extensive demonstrable experience within group insurance (as an administrator, for example)
- Has experience in process analysis, test analysis, project management or Agile methodologies, which is a valuable addition to the profile. Familiarity with Agile is not mandatory, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Has experience and knowledge of group insurance, which is considered a plus.
- Proficient in Dutch and English very fluently, and knowledge of French is an added advantage, but certainly not a must.
- Demonstrate open-mindedness, creativity, enthusiasm and a proactive attitude. Has a confident, independent personality and is a true team player.
