Description
- You check and verify KYC documents registered in the systems;
- You expand your research by using external sources and specific databases;
- You perform an analysis of the customer's transaction profile;
- If necessary, you contact the relationship manager to gather additional information;
- You prepare a documented summary of the analysis performed, with possible escalation to the second line compliance teams.
Your profile
- Is a motivated, curious and astute professional willing to make a long-term commitment to this position;
- Possesses at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in economics or law, and may already have some experience with AML/KYC and research processes;
- Has a strong analytical mindset: able to interpret and analyze complex information;
- Is precise: has an eye for detail and strictly follows procedures;
- Has a curious mind: shows a willingness to thoroughly understand situations and potential risks;
- Has organizational skills: can manage tasks efficiently and set priorities;
- Is communicatively strong: able to prepare clear reports and work effectively with different teams;
- Demonstrates ethical awareness: acts with integrity and respects confidentiality;
- Speaks fluent Dutch or French and has a good understanding of the other language, in addition to a solid basic knowledge of English.
