Description
- You coordinate and manage daily operations and ensure that everything runs smoothly;
- You are responsible for igniting new initiatives and implementing improvements;
- You maintain relationships with customers and partners to optimize collaboration;
- You analyze data and report results to the management team for strategic decision-making;
- You provide support to team members and encourage positive team dynamics;
- You organize and oversee meetings where key issues are discussed;
- You closely monitor market and industry developments and apply this knowledge in your work;
- You ensure that all processes comply with applicable regulations and internal guidelines.
Your profile
- Possesses a master's degree in law, although not strictly necessary; relevant experience is more important;
- Has a medior profile with 7 to 10 years of work experience;
- Has experience in the field of collective social law;
- Has a background as a former lawyer, which is a strong advantage, or has worked as a legal advisor within an organization, such as a supermarket or hospitality company, given the involvement in the food sector;
- Has previous experience in social negotiations within a joint committee.

- Monthly salary indication: € 5001 - € 6000
