Description
- You are the first point of contact for customers and support them in realizing their wishes and plans;
- When they have questions or dreams about, for example, a home or protecting their family, you offer targeted solutions;
- You will receive practical training at the office, supplemented by training on the bank, the products and services offered, and relevant legislation;
- Through these trainings you will become an expert in the banking sector, so that you can offer your clients the highest possible service;
- You will help clients make their dreams come true with professional advice and personal guidance;
- You will be part of an energetic team within a bank branch, where cooperation and collective contribution to the success of the location are paramount;
- You will play an active role in improving the appearance and development of your branch in the local community.
Your profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree and has at least one year of relevant work experience in a similar position;
- Is enthusiastic, positive attitude and motivated to continue learning and growing within the organization;
- Is dynamic and eager to learn, and is committed to developing new skills with the necessary support;
- Values social interaction and possesses strong communication skills, contributing to an excellent customer experience and a strong team spirit;
- Has a proactive attitude and efficiency, taking initiative in consultation with the office manager to ensure the commercial results of the outlet;
- Is well organized and able to independently manage the tasks assigned to him or her;
- Is perfectly Dutch-speaking and has a command of the language as a native speaker.
Offer
- Monthly salary indication: € 3001 - € 4000
- An immediate contract of indefinite duration as a customer advisor;
