Description
- Welcome and advise customers in a professional and service-oriented manner
- Analyze customer needs and propose appropriate banking solutions
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of customer files and requests
- Take commercial initiatives, in consultation with the sales outlet manager, to contribute to results.
- You work closely with the team to reinforce internal dynamics and customer satisfaction.
Your profile
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- At least one year's experience in a similar position
- You have a dynamic, enthusiastic and learning-oriented personality
- You have an excellent sense of service and strong communication skills
- You are proactive, organized and able to manage your tasks independently
- You have a perfect command of Dutch and French
