Description
- You will be responsible for managing operational expenses within our client;
- You manage budgets, make forecasts and perform performance analysis;
- You work closely with HR, Finance and business unit teams to identify opportunities for optimization;
- You track and analyze budget deviations and then create action plans;
- You regularly prepare and adjust OPEX budgets according to strategic guidelines;
- You control expenses, validate purchase requests and provide financial reports;
- You identify opportunities for savings without sacrificing quality;
- You produce clear and impactful reports for stakeholders;
- You monitor compliance with financial guidelines and manage financial risks.
Your profile
- Has extensive knowledge of management control and budget management processes;
- Has strong analytical skills to analyze financial figures and detect patterns;
- Is highly proficient in using financial tools such as Excel, ERP systems and BI tools;
- Can collaborate effectively with various stakeholders including HR, accounting and various departments;
- Has good organizational skills and works accurately when monitoring expenses.
