Description

  • You actively seek out new clients and identify growth opportunities in the market;
  • You plan and carry out prospect visits, convincing clients of the added value of our services;
  • You identify and activate dormant accounts with potential;
  • You are the driving force behind the commercial growth of your business unit and take ownership of your pipeline;
  • You represent Axis Group at networking events, job fairs, and client-focused initiatives;
  • You work closely with Career Advisors to ensure optimal service delivery after securing an assignment.

Your profile

  • You have a first experience in sales and cold prospecting, preferably in a B2B environment; or you are a high-potential sales young graduate;
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred;
  • You are driven by targets and energized by opening new doors;
  • You communicate fluently and professionally with clients at all levels – you have an excellent command of Dutch and/or French, and English is a plus;
  • You are proactive, results-oriented, and see opportunities where others see obstacles;
  • You are a true team player who can work independently and inspire others with your commercial flair.

Offer

  • Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3500
