PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

• Daily organization: monitor and lead TOPS & SALES, including weekly team meetings, sick and leave follow-up, searches and quality assurance;
• Results management: follow up on team targets (daily/monthly) and KPI review in collaboration with the Performance Coach;
• Problem solving & improvement: identifying bottlenecks and proactively proposing solutions and improvement initiatives at team and Axis level;
• Culture & values: creating a positive work environment in line with Axis values, internally and externally;
• Commercial management: managing sales team members and driving sales activities within the team to achieve commercial objectives;
• Talent integration & development: initiation, follow-up and participation in the recruitment process as well as onboarding of new colleagues, with mentoring and training to become autonomous team members (thanks to coaching tools and in collaboration with the Performance Coach);
• Evaluation & growth: follow up on PDPs, identify training needs, continuous feedback and formal evaluation moments (1-2-3-6 months and end of year feedback);
• Governance & communication: respect the Axis Frame (way of working), transparent communication within management, and support Business Consultants in the evaluation of external consultants;
• Role model & collaboration: propagate Axis mindset, think cross-BU and provide support where needed.

STRATEGY & PERFORMANCE.

• Budget realization: achieve BU budget and monitor financial targets;
• Strategic planning: drawing up and following up BU strategy, including choices regarding searches, client portfolio and market segments;
• Market and client insight: knowledge sharing of active and target clients; monitoring sector developments;
• Commercial approach: explaining assignments and maintaining client and candidate contacts in collaboration with Relationship Managers and Business Developers;
• Financial governance: preparing and presenting the annual budget and quarterly budget meetings;
• Process optimization: contributing to improvements in working methods, processes and tools within Axis Group;
• Network development: actively building a professional network via LinkedIn and events;
• Customer focus: striving for Customer Intimacy through quality and connectivity;
• Internal collaboration: improving communication and collaboration between TOPS & SALES;
• Process: compliance with Axis Frame, data quality, productivity.

Your profile

• Minimum of five years' experience in people management;
• Experience in recruitment or consulting sector is a great asset;
• Strong leadership skills: coaching, motivating, results-oriented;
• Commercial insight and strategic thinking skills;
• Financial knowledge (budget, margin, forecasting, reporting);
• Communicatively strong, in Dutch, French and English.
